Carols by Candlelight: Hosted by the Rotary Club of Dubbo West, residents of Dubbo celebrated Carols by Candlelight at No1 Oval Victoria Park. 

You have to be in it to win it: Those are the words of Daily Liberal competition winner Helen Walsh who won two great Christmas presents.

Betty takes home West Rotary Club raffle in time for Christmas: IT was the biggest prize Betty Burt had won in her life and it came just in time for Christmas. Mrs Burt bought two Dubbo West Rotary Club Christmas raffle tickets and did not think she would win.
