The group will play the first official concert at the new Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre and will treat their crowd to a mix of classic songs that appeal to all generations.
Richie Baker, who fills the role made famous by Don Felder in The Eagles, said the group was excited to be opening the venue.
“We’ve played in some pretty good venues over the years but we have never been the first gig before,” Mr Baker said.
“Everyone I have spoken to about the Dubbo show seems very proud of the new theatre and it will be an honour for us to play the first show in it.
“A lot of thought has gone into the venue, they haven’t just put a building together and called it a theatre, it sounds like it will be a fantastic venue for a number of different acts.”
The band formed almost 10 years ago, the collaboration of a group of musicians with a passion for The Eagles.
“We were all playing for other bands but we came together because we all loved the music of The Eagles,” Mr Baker said.
“The good thing about our show is that whether you are 15 or 55, most people have heard of Hotel California or another one of the band’s songs so we cater for a large audience and hopefully we will get that at Dubbo.”
