The International Teams Match start on Friday as is the second stage of the St George's and Queen's Prize (stage 3) on Century Range.
Saturday is the most important day of the tour with the third stage of the St George's and the Parting Shot Teams Match over 500 and 600 yards, followed by the Queen's Final at 900 and 1000 yards.
Another feature of the tour for the cadets is a garden party at Buckingham Palace as guests of the Duke of Edinburgh next Tuesday.
James Honner is one of 16 shooters in the Australian team who range in age from 14 to 17 and this is the first fully-sponsored cadet team to tour the UK.
Honner started shooting in 1999 and represented his school in the second grade schools match in 2002.
He competed in first grade last year and this year was appointed Captain of Rifles for his school, Sydney Church of England Grammar School.
He also played cricket for the school and is a house captain.
Next year, after he finishes school, Honner is looking for a career in the Airforce.
