Dubbo residents who are Australian citizens and over the age of 18 have until 8pm on Thursday, April 18, to enrol to vote in the Parkes electorate.
An online enrolment form can be found at the Australian Electoral Commission website, https://www.aec.gov.au/enrol.
It also allows for voters to change their personal details including names and addresses and apply for postal votes.
The website indicates that early voting, previously called pre-polling, begins on April 29 with a list of early voting centres to be released "shortly".

A candidate briefing session has been set down for Dubbo on Wednesday, April 17. It will run from 6pm to 7.30pm at 3 Bourke Street.
Single nominations will be accepted up until noon on Tuesday, April 23.
The declaration of nominations will follow 24 hours later.
On election day there will be 88 fixed voting booths in the Parkes electorate, 11 of them in Dubbo including eight in the city and one each at Eumungerie, Ballimore and Wongarbon.
