Staff turned out to work in blue to honour the late Amy “Dolly” Everett and signal their zero tolerance to bullying.
Program manager Marijka Brennan urged victims to speak to “someone that you trust and feel comfortable with”.
“There are things that can be done and there are people out there who can help,” she said.
“Trying to do it on your own is rough. It does have an ongoing negative effect on your mental health and physical well-being.”
A victim of bullying, Dolly Everett ended her own life this year at the age of 14.
Dolly’s Dream Foundation has since been launched by her family and friends.
It aims to raise awareness of bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide, and on social media had been using #stopbullyingnow and #doitforDolly.
