A 35-year-old man will front court on Saturday after police arrested and charged him for allegedly breaking into a home on Friday

At about 10am numerous police units descended on the Welchman Street premises after a scared resident made a Triple Zero call when she came home to find a man inside her house.
Police arrived to find the man still inside. After surrounding the house and speaking with the man, he came out without incident.
He was arrested and taken to Dubbo Police Station and charged with a number of offences including break/enter and steal. He was bail refused to front Dubbo Local Court on Saturday.
Police will allege the Dubbo man broke into the property with the intention of stealing from the house, after the resident left to go into town.
