The seventh annual Sculptures in the Garden will be held at Rosby Vineyard on Saturday and Sunday and will be officially opened by renowned abstract sculptor Paul Selwood.
Artistic director Kay Norton-Knight said Sculptures in the Garden provided visitors and locals the opportunity to immerse themselves in fascinating works of art amongst the picturesque Mudgee scenery.
“Sculptures in the Garden 2017 is set in beautiful rural surroundings with an exquisite curated collection of artworks on display,” Ms Norton-Knight said.
“We anticipate more than 3,000 visits at the exhibition over the weekend, giving artists a huge exposure.”
Proceeds from the weekend exhibition go towards a local arts initiative to create a public art sculpture walk in Mudgee’s Lawson Park with gate and catering revenue go to the Mudgee Support Group of Guide Dogs NSW/ACT.
