There was a great turn out for tennis last Sunday at Muller Park. The wind dropped leaving a gentle breeze and the day's sunshine meant perfect conditions for tennis. Playing tennis is a great way to get outside with friends and enjoy some exercise as well as unwind before the new week begins.

Social tennis is played each Sunday from 1pm. Don't worry if you haven't played for a while or if you are just a beginner. Come along and have a go! Last term, a keen group of children played on Tuesday afternoons and we are planning to resume in the next few weeks. This is a great opportunity to learn to play with a group of other beginners and tennis is a sport that can be played all your life. Phone Robyn on 0429 722 983 if you would like more information.
Our annual Charity Day is coming up on September 24.
Muller Park has been fundraising for Camp Quality for many years, supporting children and their families affected by cancer in our western region. Help put a smile on their faces and come along to our Charity Day on September 24.
The day begins with social tennis at 11.00 am, followed by a sausage sizzle, children's games, lucky door prizes and a free afternoon tea and drawing of the raffle at 3.00 pm. Of course there will be plenty of tennis as well! It is usually a fun day for all the family and a great opportunity to raise money for a very worthy cause. The club made an early start in raising funds with a successful Bunnings BBQ earlier this month.
