The Group 11 sides, featuring a number of promising Dubbo players, will play at Wollongong for the Southern Zone carnival.
Both sides will tackle Group 7 in the respective opening rounds.
Group 7 is a side which draws on players from the South Coast region.
A win there would see progression through to the main Cup semi-final while a loss would consign Group 11 to the consolation Plate division.
Dubbo players dominate the 14s side with Braye Porter, Zac Williams, Raymond Bowde, Kenneth Jackson, Fletcher Haycock, Mitch Harvey and Aston Warwick selected while Noah Ryan, Hyaden Hyde, Jaike Mitchell, Maclay Ryan and Jason Bain will play in the 15s.
The Southern Pool competition will also feature Groups 10, 9, 6, 20 and 16 as well as hometown hope Illawarra, Canberra and Victoria.
