Live streaming of the entire race on April 16 will be available through the www.bathurst6hour.com.au website, the event social media channels and the MotorsportsTV live application.
It means fans will be able to view the action in the second edition of the Bathurst 6 Hour from anywhere they wish.
Last year more than 50,000 streamed the debut race won by Nathan Morcom and Chaz Mostert sin their BMW. This year 66 cars have nominated to face the starter at 11.30am in one of Bathurst’s biggest ever grids.
Meanwhile, an expanded post-produced media package will see two hours of highlights broadcast on the popular SBS TV show Speedweek in the weeks following the event.
The live timing system will be available from first practice on Friday.
