Charlie McAllister - This is getting ridiculous!
Jaydon Archer - Maccas are still operating, just not serving soft drinks or juices in which their postmix contains tap water. They are only serving bottled drinks and milkshakes (and food)
Sarah Kelly - No one is forcing them to close. KFC management have chosen to close for the safety of their customers and staff.
Erica Susan Violet Hume - That is ridiculous how can they give water to some and not others ? And why would you pay for water you can't drink ? I think the Dubbo homeowners should be compensated for the water, that's not fair ...
Keegan Stewart - Council is in the wrong- is council going to cover all medical expenses & vet bills because people have been drinking it for a week while they knew but didn't say anything?
Dale Albus Elliott - Council are in the wrong they knew last week why wasn't something done straight away? Lots of questions from department of health.
Jayne Griggs - I'd like to correct him … council are in the business of providing water to every house, that's why we pay them water rates because they provide us with drinkable water! They are currently failing to do that.
Shaun Swan - I saw them flushing water last week, didn't think anything of it, come to think of it, they tried to keep it hush hush, shame on you Dubbo City Council!
Kim L Caton - Why are we still paying for our water rates council, discount must apply, paying for water I cannot use!!!
Tonya Dent - Just boiled 30 litres of water for cooking and bathing the baby and that is without the bottle of water I got yesterday
Falguni Parmar Solanki - People can fill the water from the other areas which are not affected with the this ban. And council should compensate householders with the water rate for helping others in need of water. Not everyone can afford to buy water bottles for a week from supermarket .
Casey Hupp - The warning notice that they issued did actually state that the water needed to be boiled continuously for 1 minute... I'm confused as to why people would assume that water only just brought to boiling temperature would be good enough...
Carolyn Lack - Well done Dubbo City Council, what do you expect people to do. We can't use the water in our taps we already pay for, so we have to pay, yet again for water we can drink.
John Davies - Since council knew about this at the end of last week and rechecked with confirmation over the weekend why did they only notify the public today? Council should be offering a reduction in water costs from the next rate charges
