At the club’s lunchtime meeting on Tuesday they kept their heads covered in support of Hat Day 2016.
All money raised by the national campaign will support research into mental illness.
Australian Rotary Health is one of the largest not-for-profit providers of funding for mental health research.
It reports that one in five Australians are affected by depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses.
Acting club president Peter English tipped his hat to Australian Rotary Health.
“Hat Day is a fantastic initiative and it’s raising awareness of mental health in Australia and the world,” he said.
