Lexi Campbell has been elected captain of equestrian, captain of touch football and head of boarding at Ascham School.
Lexi followed her sisters Paige and Holly to Ascham, after being a pupil of School of the Air and attending a Warren school one day a week from kindergarten to year 6.
She will sit for her Higher School Certificate exams in 2017.
As equestrian and touch football captain, Lexi has embraced the opportunity to encourage other girls to play sport.
“I think it’s important to remind team members that everyone in the team is valued, no matter their level of skill or confidence,” she said.
As head of boarding Lexi is keen to try to “implement any ideas that the younger boarders” share with her.
Head of school Andrew Powell calls Lexi a “leading student at Ascham”.
“We always say that our busiest students do best, because they develop self-discipline and independence, as well as exceptional time management and organisational skills,” he said.
