A 47-YEAR-OLD man charged in relation to alleged break-ins at building sites in the Southlakes area has been refused bail in Dubbo Local Court.

Brian Whitney is one of three men who was charged following the execution of a search warrant in Springfield Way on Thursday afternoon.
Mr Whitney’s co-accused, Jeffrey Sherring and Grahame Jones, were granted bail on Thursday however Mr Whitney wasn’t successful.
After originally being refused bail on Thursday, he appeared before Magistrate Claire Girotto on Friday, where once again he was remanded in custody until the matter is mentioned again in Dubbo Local Court on August 24.
Both Mr Sherring and Mr Jones are scheduled to appear before court again on September 14.
The trio each face charges of aggravated break and enter with intent in company, and aggravated enter dwelling with intent – offender in company.
It is alleged they stole items from various sites in the Southlakes precinct last weekend while the sites were unattended.
