About 500 children from preschools and daycare centres across the city will play traditional Indigenous games at 17 stations.
The event will fall on the annual National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day.
The Dubbo event is is being organised by Wellington Aboriginal Health Service and partner agencies including NSW Police, CareWest, Schools as Community and Apollo House.
Its theme is We all belong.
