The Bathurst side raced out to a 2-0 lead but were put under the pump thanks to three unanswered goals from Wanderers.
Souths’ Spanish recruit Edu Garriga Viudes got Souths level with a successful attempt from a penalty corner – his second goal of the day – before Campbell stepped up to seal the two blues’ comeback win.
Jono Baillie was Souths’ other goal scorer.
“We were down 3-2 for quite some time, probably a good 20 minutes. Being under that pressure made us concentrate better,” Souths coach Ray Winwood-Smith said.
"Orange put us under a lot of pressure all game and their midfield was very strong.
“Our ball control wasn’t as strong [as last round] … and we have to learn from this game.”
