They're participating in Australia Day at Work, an initiative of the National Australia Day Council which calls on staff and colleagues to celebrate together.
Skillset Dubbo branch held its inaugural Australia Day at Work event in 2015, and workforce consultant Kerry Moore said it was such a successful day, they decided to do it again this Friday, January 22.
"This year we have decorated the office, we'll be playing cricket in the hallway and playing Australian quizzes while we cook a barbecue and eat lamingtons," Ms Moore said.
It won't only be staff, with Skillset Dubbo throwing open its doors to clients and members of the public to have a yarn and learn more about the service provider.
"We invite all of our clients, hosts, apprentices and trainees to come along and celebrate our great country and how lucky we are to be Australia," Ms Moore said.
"We celebrate freedom, Australia's unique landscape and environment, cultural diversity and the acceptance of others.
"In our line of work we work with all types of people, we also employ a lot of young people and we want to celebrate and appreciate everyone's uniqueness that makes our everyday Australian lives great."
National Australia Day Council CEO Jeremy Lasek said Australia Day at Work was more than just a chance to celebrate Australia Day - it was also an opportunity to learn more about our fellow Australians.
"Workplaces are an ideal reflection of the diversity of Australia and a great place to appreciate what we all have in common," Mr Lasek said.
"We all have different experiences of being Australian - where we grew up, our family histories, our cultures, if we chose to become Australian and why - it's a great opportunity to find out more about your work colleagues and share what you're all proud of."
