Competitions and giveaways added to the excitement, with the store bursting with customers checking out the products for the first time.
"It's so exciting, it's actually overwhelming with the response," Daily Scoop at Majo's proprietor, Jo Campbell, said.
"The vege chips are always popular and the drinks have been popular, people have been buying the different flours and the nut butters are going off.
"Everybody is loving the bulk buying and lots of people have been commenting that Dubbo has needed something like this for a long time."
Jo and Adam Campbell opened the store on October 10, and said it had already been a hit with Dubbo residents and visitors alike.
"People like the concept of just buying the amount they need, people bring in their recipes to get the ingredients they need," Jo said.
"People come in and they realise 'woah, there's so much healthy food that tastes good!'
"It's for everybody: the health conscious, the people that just want to experiment with cooking. It's a no-waste shopping experience."
The nut butter machine has been a huge hit with customers, who love watching the cashew, almond, macadamia nut, hazelnut and peanut butters being made right before their eyes.
"Healthy food doesn't have to taste yuck," Jo said.
"We just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped us... and thank the community for supporting us, because without the support of the community we won't stay open."
