A meeting was held on Tuesday evening to plan the biggest day of the 2015 season with the action scheduled to begin at 10am with the women's League Tag decider.
That means the first grade grand final, played between Dubbo CYMS and the winner of this weekend's Parkes-Wellington clash, is scheduled for a 3pm kick-off.
CYMS will also be represented in the under-18s decider while Dubbo Westside are the first team in the reserve grade and league tag deciders.
As well as Parkes and Wellington, the likes of Forbes, Macquarie and Nyngan also have the opportunity this weekend to book themselves a ticket to grand final day and Group 11 secretary Ross McDermott is delighted a number of clubs have the chance to be represented.
"Four or five clubs could be represented and that's a good mix and works out really well," he said.
"It makes it a great day and while having nothing against the Parkes league tag side it would be great to see Nyngan get through because they have great supporters but it's all going to be the culmination of a very good year."
McDermott has already met with local police and Dubbo City Council to ensure there is adequate security on the day with behaviour and code of conduct a big focus for the Group.
No glass bottles or commercial food will be allowed in the ground while a section of the ground will be a 'dry area' for families and people who aren't consuming alcohol.
In terms of the bar and facilities, each of the clubs who are not involved or will have minor involvement on the field will man a section of the day.
Macquarie will have the canteen while Nyngan will have the main bar and the Narromine Jets will run a bar and have food available on the hill.
The Cobar Roosters will run the raffles on the day while Wellington will profit from the doubles.
"We're acknowledging all the clubs and we know the costs involved in running a club so the way the finals have been run the Group has let everyone have a crack to fill their financial requirements," McDermott said.
"We're supporting all the clubs and we pride ourselves on having quality food and drink available but it will all be done in a responsible manner."
The introduction of league tag has boosted crowds this season with gate takings up on last year by roughly 10 to 15 per cent.
"It's picked up and this time of year the standard lifts and in the first few semis it's been a fantastic standard,"McDermott said.
"Group 11 has been overwhelmed by the support this year and the crowd at Wellington was fantastic last week considering the weather."
The Group will also recognise the efforts of 2015 with the inaugural presentation night on Friday at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club.
As well as the Referees' Player of the Year and Kings Hall Jeweller Player of the Year there will also be a special Volunteer of the Year award to honour those who have dedicated their time to the game this season.
