Established in 1978, the DBEE has been responsible for presenting thousands of brides to be with access to the very latest information and ideas to support and assist them in creating their dream wedding day.
With more than 65 exhibitors confirmed, and several giveaways and promotions on the day, highlighted by the Bride of the Year Quest parade of past brides, and all proceeds going to the Cancer Council NSW, it is sure to be a great day for all.
Mary Kay Cosmetics director Tara McMahon was runner-up in the Bride of the Year Quest parade last year, and would encourage everyone eligible to take part.
“It’s for a great cause, there are great prizes and it’s a great experience,” she said. “I won a gym membership last year and really enjoyed getting the dress back on.”
Ms McMahon believes the DBEE can be a great help for couples who are looking at organising their big day, or a family member or friend who will be helping with the preparation.
“It is a great day cause there is plenty to look at and great entertainment throughout the day,” she said.
“There are lots of giveaways, and some exhibitors have deals available on the day.”
The DBEE will run from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, and is held at the Dubbo Convention Centre on Darling Street.
