The figures are contained in the Domestic airline on time performance June 15 report, released by the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development this week.
For arrivals, Port Hedland was the best performer, with 94.7 per cent of flights arriving on time during the month.
Fellow WA mining centre Newman topped the list for departures, with 96.7 per cent of them leaving on time.
No NSW airports made either list.
When it came to the performance of individual airlines flying between Dubbo and Sydney, Regional Express (Rex) outstripped rival QantasLink for both on-time arrivals and departures.
For the Dubbo to Sydney route, Rex arrived on time in 91.8 per cent of cases, compared with 81.5 per cent for QantasLink. For that route, Rex's on-time departure rate was 94.5 per cent while QantasLink's was 75.8 per cent.
Two of QantasLink's 126 scheduled flights on that route for the month were cancelled.
For the Sydney to Dubbo route, Rex departed on time in 91.7 per cent of cases, while its on-time arrival rate was 95.1 per cent. QantasLink departed on time in 75.8 per cent of cases and 78.2 per cent of its flights arrived on time.
