DUBBO Macquarie's chances of making the Group 11 semi-finals hinge on how they fare when they make the trek to Nyngan's Larkin Oval on Sunday.
With four rounds remaining before the post-season, Macquarie have left themselves with no room to move and need to win all four games and have results go their way in order to progress.
That task starts with beating fellow finals aspirants the Tigers, who themselves need a win in order to stay in touch with fifth-placed Dubbo Westside.
Guy Meredith has named a strong squad for Sunday's match, with the likes of Mason Williams, Kurt Beahan, Chris Daley and Claude Gordon providing plenty of strike power in the backline.
Young gun Wade Kavanagh will get another chance to impress when he starts at hooker while fellow junior Phillip Combridge has been named by coach Guy Meredith to come off the bench.
Lock forward Perry Meredith continues to bravely battle through a shoulder injury and will start at lock, while reserve grade coach Adam McDermott, on the comeback trail after undergoing a knee reconstruction last season, has also been named to come off the bench in the must-win clash.
With no league tag match to be played, the under-18s match will kick off proceedings at Larkin Oval at 11.30am followed by a vital reserve grade clash, with first grade expected to kick off shortly after 2pm.
