"An organisation in Nyngan was looking at not doing the services they were doing in the past and they approached us to see if we would take over," Westhaven Association CEO Christian Grieves said.
"They have a very small Australian Disability Enterprise so we're going to help them out with running it for them because we're doing that here already.
"If we don't help them and the service disappears someone with a disability won't get work, or an organisation from Sydney or Melbourne would take over and we don't want that."
Mr Grieves said Westhaven would also be running the Centrelink.
"We're going to maintain the building and the offices and the services all from Nyngan," he said.
"The logo on the window might change and they'll get paid from us rather than the current service, but everything else will be the same."
Mr Grieves said the administration changes arising from the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme were causing some businesses to reevaluate their operations.
"The National Disability Insurance Scheme will mean there's more paperwork to receive the insurance from people with a disability and that's really challenging for agencies in the smaller towns."
Mr Grieves said agencies such as Westhaven would continue to help smaller support agencies.
"Some of the other disability agencies in the area are willing to help as well to ensure people continue to get the choice they have already," he said.
