The women's League Tag side was named alongside the senior and under-18s teams on Sunday night in the lead-up to the May 2 Western Rams cluster day.
Dubbo Westside dominate the team while Parkes and Forbes are also represented and Fuller said it's an impressive and attacking looking lineup.
"They've (Group 10) had league tag for a few years now but took a Westside team to Canowindra a couple of years ago and got beaten by Orange CYMS in the final only by a try and a goal and that was our first game of league tag," he said.
"So I think with the other girls in there we should give it a good shake."
Fuller highlighted Tarlee Roberts and Kimberlee Gordon as the stars in his side but added Litisha Boney, a female Indigenous rugby league All Star, and Danielle Frail were others to keep an eye on.
Westside have been the pioneers of league tag in Group 11, taking part in the past two Western Challenges at Canowindra while they've also played at Group 9 carnivals
Their players also impressed at the recent gala day at Peak Hill and from there the team was chosen.
"There were a couple of blokes from Parkes and a guy from Forbes at Peak Hill with me and we worked on the girls' ability and passing just like you would with a Group 11 side," Fuller said.
"We took it like we would if we were picking any senior Group 11 team."
