EMERGENCY services were called to the LH Ford Bridge shortly after 10.20am on Thursday morning to a four vehicle collision near the Macquarie Street traffic lights.

An Orana Area Local Command spokesperson said the first vehicle involved in the collision had failed to stop at the appropriate time.
From that, the accident unfolded with a concertina effect, with the three following vehicles receiving extensive damages.
A woman in her 50s was taken to hospital from the accident scene and treated for minor injuries.
She was released shortly after.
There were no other injuries sustained from the accident.
The left-hand lane of the LH Ford Bridge was reopened shortly after 11am.
Emergency services were called to a single vehicle accident on the Mitchell Highway at Geurie, near Deep Creek.
An Orana Area Local Command spokesperson said there had been two occupants in the Ford Falcon when it rolled.
The 71-year-old male occupant was able to escape the vehicle unharmed, but the 70-year-old female occupant was trapped for an hour until she was released by emergency personnel and taken to hospital.
The Mitchell Highway was closed in both directions from 2.30pm.
At 3.30pm, one lane had been reopened under alternating traffic conditions, with emergency services remaining on site.
