Zumba instructor, Tracy Hanna, is hosting Give Barnsy A Reason To Smile at St John's Primary School from 6:30pm.
Daniel 'Barnsy' Barnes was diagnosed with Angleman syndrome at birth.
His life expectancy was 10 years of age and incredibly he's about to turn 25.
Tracy has been teaching Zumba at Dubbo Northcott for more than two years.
In celebration of his birthday, she decided to set out to raise money to purchase Barnsy a new wheelchair.
"With Barnsy's condition, he's constantly in pain and leaning to one side," Tracy said.
"A new chair will really help him and his family out."
Tracy has smashed the $10,000 goal for the wheelchair even before Saturday's big event.
"We've raised $11,000 so far and everything else will be donated directly to Barnsy's family," she said.
Tracy, along with Erinn Louise and Melanie Egan will be holding a Zumba Disco Party at Saturday evening.
Tracy has been busy gathering $7000 worth sports memorabilia for the major prizes, many of which had been donated by local businesses, to be auctioned off before the Zumba fun kicks off. With more than 20 items up for grabs, the sky is really the limit for how much Barnsy and his family could be smiling at the end of the night.
