As a part of their national tour, 360 All Stars, a dynamic group of seven males showcasing physical performing at its finest, ran an after school workshop for students at Apollo House, Clontarf Foundation and the Dubbo PCYC.
360 All Stars is an exhilarating combination of circus art with break dancing, BMX tricks and more.
The cast members of 360 All Stars ran two different workshops touching on basketball free styling and break dancing before their performance at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre (DRTCC).
360 All Star member, Rashaun Daniel, or basketball man, said this was the second tour of Australia for the American-based group.
Showing the students his basketball tricks, Rashuan said the group often ran workshops in regional areas.
"It's just a bit of fun for us, to get involved and teach the kids some of the basics," he said.
A regular victim of the thrill of performing on stage, Rashuan said he hoped to encourage the next generation to step into the limelight.
DRTCC manager, Linda Christof, said this had been the performance orientated workshop in the 2015 Shake It Up season at the DRTCC. She said the show itself had been very popular, with more than 400 tickets sold at the box office.
