As one of Australia's golden girls, Drysdale will take to the stage on Friday evening in what she described as "a good laugh".
Stepping in the Dubbo shire for the first time, Drysdale said she was very excited to see what the city had to offer.
"I hope people just get ready to laugh until they cry," she said.
In a career which has lasted more than 40 years, Drysdale said he had no plans to slow down any time soon.
She has worked through various media including television, radio, stage, recording and live appearances.
Those who can recall her early work will remember her time on Komotion and the Go Show, which saw her cast as one of Melbourne's most famous Go Go dancers.
Her appearances on television have seen her rub shoulders with the likes of Graham Kennedy, Bert Newton, Don Lane and Ernie Sigley.
Her humour is said to have a wide appeal to audiences.
"I like having a good laugh," Drysdale said.
"Life is too short to take things seriously."
Drysdale said her performance on Friday evening would vary from songs, impersonations and audience participation, all the while touching on her 40 years in the industry.
"I hope people will be getting a kick reliving the memories as much as I do," she said.
