Two of Dubbo's three Group 11 sides began their pre-season training on Tuesday night while the Westside Rabbitohs have already been hard at work for the past couple of weeks.
All three local clubs have undergone some changes in their coaching rosters this season but it was the same gruelling fitness work for players on Tuesday night as Macquarie kicked off 2015 at Apex Oval while CYMS were put through their paces at Jubilee Oval.
Returning players and a couple of new faces were at both locations as they all took part in a number of drills and attempted to catch the eyes of coaches early in the year.
