Almost 660,000 homes and businesses across more than 110 NSW cities, suburbs and towns are included in the new rollout schedule.
NBN Co plans to connect eight million Australian homes and businesses to the NBN by 2020.
The new rollout shows construction work in the Central West is scheduled for 46,300 homes and businesses in 11 towns from now until June 2016.
Construction includes the installation of Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) or a Multi-Technology Mix (MTM).
The area will first be prepared, which involves inspecting existing pipes and pits and ensuring they are ready for the new technology.
NBN Co spokesperson Darren Rudd said the new rollout ensured more people would have access to the NBN as soon as possible.
"We're committed to bringing fast broadband to all Australians as quickly as possible; the new multi-technology approach enables us to do just that," he said.
"This is exciting news for the suburbs and towns which have been added to our construction schedule as it means work to build the network is expected to be under way or complete by mid-2016.
"Access to fast broadband can provide a range of benefits for homes and businesses such as improved opportunities to work from home, better access to online education tools and more options for on-demand entertainment."
Mr Rudd said those who were not listed in the rollout would have access to the NBN during the next six years.
"Naturally some people will be disappointed that they are not included in today's plan but ultimately no one misses out as the NBN will be made available to every Australian family and business by 2020," he said.
NBN Co stated the network had been connected to more than 89,000 homes and businesses across NSW.
Currently build preparation and NBN installation has occurred in the South Dubbo and some areas of East Dubbo.
NBN Co previously advised it takes an average of 12 months from start of construction until services can be accessed over the NBN from phone and internet providers.
Residents and business owners will be notified by NBN Co when NBN services are available in their area.
