Ninety-five finalists have been selected for the honour of a Women Out West award.
The black tie awards night will be hosted by television personality Kylie Gillies from 6pm at the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club auditorium.
It will feature entertainment, door prizes, a raffle and pick-a-box mystery items.
The evening is a great opportunity to celebrate outstanding women of the Central West, Orana and Far West regions of NSW, event organiser Jan Grady said.
"It's all about women who go over and above in whatever they do," she said.
"Some are really emotive awards.
"But so many of the stories of these people would not be told if not for Women Out West."
The WOW Conference and Expo will be held from 7.30am to 4.15pm at the Dubbo Convention Centre.
Seven high-calibre speakers will address delegates and exhibition sites will showcase local services and product provides.
Dr Sally Cockburn AKA 'Dr Feelgood' is a keynote speaker for the event.
Dr Cockburn is a high profile media presenter who campaigns for a number of sensitive issues.
Versatile Indigenous entertainer Casey Donovan will speak of experiences during her 10 years since winning Australian Idol at the age of 16.
She is a multi-award winner and nominee, has appeared in stage productions and is the voice for a number of charitable movements and organisations, such as the Plus Size Movement.
Ms Grady said the event would allow guests to "get up close and personal to speakers."
"Delegates should expect to come and be inspired, learn and walk out feeling great," she said.
Registration forms can be found at www.wownetwork.org.au. Registrations close this Friday.
