Four lots in the latest release of land in Dubbo's Keswick Estate have sold on their first day on the market.

Some buyers arrived in the early hours of the morning armed with camping chairs to ensure they secured their desired block, a spokeswoman for vendor Dubbo City Council reported.
"Three lots were sold as soon as the doors opened at 9am," she said.
By late yesterday four sales were recorded, three to individuals and one to a local builder.
The release consists of 33 single lots, available for sale off the plan from yesterday, and seven dual-occupancy lots, which will be sold in two auctions early next year.
