The visual arts exam was the last hurdle for Maddison, as well as Hannah Wright, Paris Burns and Candace Brien.
The four girls said they were confident about the visual arts exams, labelling it as one of the easiest they had done.
Paris gave it two thumbs-up. She said the four art history questions were mostly about the viewer's opinions and interpretations.
They were relieved to be finished, but overall, the students said the HSC hadn't been as stressful as they thought.
"It's not as hard as it seems," Maddison said.
"It's just another exam. We've been doing them since year 7 and this is just another one," Hannah added.
Paris said the teachers hyped up the exam as something more important than it should be.
Now Macquarie Anglican Grammar Students Paris and Candace said they were looking forward to celebrating their achievements.
"It hit me at three in the morning on Saturday night that I was finished school," Candace said.
However Hannah said for her it still hadn't sunk in and probably wouldn't until her formal when she had the opportunity to say goodbye to her classmates.
The students will have to wait until mid-December to receive their results.
For Paris, the marks carry no significance.
She said as long as she passed everything she would be happy and her parents would be proud.
Making her parents proud was also on Candace's mind, who said she was concerned about what they would think of her marks when they arrived via text message.
