The LLS is now 10 months into operation and the meeting allowed the group to let the board know what was working, what wasn't and where future opportunities may lie.
The board has initiated monthly meetings to have honest conversations with the community on Local Land Services' performance, according to Central West Local Land Services Board member Susan Madden.
"Through open dialogue, we can build on what is working well and have a good look at where we can be doing better," Ms Madden said.
"While much has happened since we opened doors in January, there are always some areas which need further attention and development.
"As an organisation we are committed to improving how we work with our communities and deliver our services."
The group gave its thoughts and experiences over a range of areas of Local Land Services business and the organisation's role in communication, sharing information and community support.
The Central West Local Land Services is encouraging all customers and stakeholders to let it know where things are working and can be improved.
