Event organiser Bronte Dooley said 80 to 100 people marched from Church Street Rotunda to the Macquarie Lions Club.
Ms Dooley said the public response from Reclaim the Night was very positive.
"People said it was really good and they loved the chant," she said.
A number of Guest speakers spoke to the crowd about sexual violence, Ms Dooley said.
"The aim of the event was to raise awareness of sexual violence and raise money for the Dubbo Domestic Violence Collective," she said.
"All funds raised went to collective to work towards funding next year's event."
Guest speaker Sydney-based anti-domestic violence and sexual assault organisation No More was well received by the crowd.
"People didn't know a whole lot about No more and were very interested to hear what they do," she said.
Organisers are already looking towards next year's event and Ms Dooley said she hoped everyone enjoyed the event.
"It was a really awesome night and I hope everyone who came had a great night," she said.
