A man has suffered a suspected fractured eye socket after he and his friend were assaulted and robbed while walking across Pyrmont Bridge.

Five teenagers, including a 15-year-old boy, were chased by police and arrested shortly after the attack on the bridge about 1.30am on Wednesday.
Police said the two friends, aged 20 and 24, had been walking across the bridge when they were confronted by a group of teenagers near the middle of the bridge.
The group robbed the pair of their wallets and the confrontation turned violent, with the friends repeatedly punched in the face, police said.
The younger man suffered a suspected fractured eye socket in the attack, while his friend also suffered cuts to his face. One of the men also lost several teeth.
They were treated at the scene before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
Police from the Sydney City local area command were patrolling in the area at the time, and chased the alleged offenders.
They arrested five males, aged between 15 and 18, and took them to Day Street Police Station where they were being interviewed on Wednesday morning.
No charges have been laid, and investigations into the attack are continuing.
