The club will be using the event to unveil their new major sponsor, Sporties, with the club's annual general meeting to be held at that venue next Sunday, October 26.
Rabbitohs secretary Mark Williams said he expects gun second-rower Justin Shillingsworth to figure heavily when it comes to some of the awards handed out on the evening.
"Justin had a phenomenal year for us and he deserves to be recognised but there were other guys that also had good years," Williams said.
"We were competitive at times against all of the teams that made the finals, and even though we probably fell away a bit late in the year we were happy.
"Our reserve grade side lost six points and should have made the finals, we won a couple of games in first grade and our under-18s went alright so there's a base for us to use for next season."
Westside are calling for applications for the coaching positions in all three grades and have been heartened by support they have had at recent general committee meetings.
"We've already got people out chasing sponsors for next season and there has been good interest in helping us out," Williams said.
"Our next big task will be to get our new committee appointed at the AGM and then work on coaches."
Applications for any of the coaching positions can be forwarded to Mark Williams, via PO Box 4452, Dubbo, NSW, 2830.
