Lionel Harris has taken over from Warwick Wheeldon as president, with Michael Dumesny and Ricky Newham his vice-presidents.
Craige Dumesny will be treasurer of the club, Cassie Sargent will fill the secretary's role and Scott Burns is the club registrar.
A general committee of 11 people, including star half Dennis Moran, has also been put together and that was the most pleasing aspect of the meeting for the new president.
"We've got several new people involved, which is great because it takes a lot of work to run a club and it's exciting that we have so many people willing to chip in and help out," Harris said.
"There's some big boots to fill. The club has been very strong for the past few years now and we want to continue that.
"Dubbo CYMS are obviously the benchmark right now but there's not much between us, Dubbo Macquarie, Wellington and Nyngan right behind them."
Harris has a long history in rugby league and has previously served as president of the town's junior league organisation.
He is keen to get things going as quickly as possible and said the new committee hopes to have coaches locked in by the middle of November.
"We'll be advertising for coaches very soon and realistically, we need to sort that out as soon as possible," he said.
"There's only really a limited window to try and sign coaches and players, and most clubs like to do some training prior to Christmas so if we can get that sorted out soon then whoever the coaches are can start planning for next season."
