Fifty-two trampolines are coming to the city as part of Flip Out's commitment to establish a trampolining arena in the region.
Flip Out Dubbo's CEO Brent Grundy said he was hopeful of having the outdoor facility open on Friday, December 19 at the Dubbo Showground.
And he was hopeful the trampolines, which cover 550 square metres and comprise 7200 springs, 302 metres of padding and 707 metres of steel, would help raise thousands of dollars for Rob and Amy McIntyre and their son Max.
The 16-month-old contracted bacterial meningitis in March of this year, with doctors at the time telling the family he only had days to live.
Eight months on those same doctors are marvelling at his resilience, as he has time and again beaten their diagnoses, however his parents have had to live with rising medical costs and are currently exploring the possibility of travelling overseas to test new medical practices unavailable in Australia.
Mr Grundy said Max's condition had been a life-changer for the whole McIntyre family, and inspired by their fight he wants to use the opening of Flip Out as a fundraising experience.
"My main goal in December is to fundraise. The very first day, 100 per cent turnover will go to Max's family," he said.
"It's not just a small thing, there's a possibility we could break some real records. I'm hoping we can do something cool.
"I really am excited about December. My main goal is to get the community in on that first day. That first day I really want to see something that impacts [the McIntyres]."
The trampolines for Flip Out will be built off-site and are expected to start arriving at Dubbo at the start of December.
Mr Grundy said the outdoor arena would only be temporary until February, "as we will be fitting out our new facility which will be ready late February for the public."
