Nutricise gave the reigning champions a run for their money, but Hendersons continued their unbeaten run to take out the title.
Twenty-three teams entered the competition, the highest number since the first gala day four years ago.
Diamonds took out the B-grade title, the family-based Bold and the Beautiful won C-grade by one point over the Tomahawks and Crows and Hawks were best for D-grade.
The day is the biggest fundraiser on the calendar for the junior representative team.
This year funds will work towards sending the rep team to the Junior State Touch competition at Port Macquarie.
Dubbo Touch Social Gala Day aims to give people a "taste test" of touch, Mandy Turner, one of the gala day's organisers, said.
"It's about getting people to try the sport of touch.
"It's a really good day and a good way to see if you like touch.
"Some people may be reluctant to sign up for a whole 16-week roster for various reasons, but come back for the gala day."
