Sentinel Property Group has purchased the Centre from Charter Hall, bringing Sentinel's national portfolio to 26 retail, industrial, office and land assets.
Sentinel Managing Director Warren Ebert said the property is a strategic acquisition.
"Dubbo is a key transport and logistics hub servicing a huge area of NSW, including northern NSW, and has a retail catchment of about 200,000 people plus visitors," he said.
"Due to its location at the intersection of all major road, rail and air transport routes in the region, Dubbo is ideally positioned for continued growth of its population, economy and retail spending."
