Orange's Endeavour Oval is playing host to the qualifying semi-finals and the Roos will feature sides in the colts, third grade and second grade matches.
The first grade side received a first week bye after claiming the minor premiership against Mudgee last weekend.
The Roos second grade side, led by Vince Gordon and Gerald Webster, put in some hugely impressive performances during the year, namely a 100-3 demolition of the Cowra Eagles in round eight.
Dubbo's attack was on fire that day and they'll be hopefully of producing a similar effort when they meet the second-placed Bathurst Bulldogs.
Many of the second grade players received game time in first grade throughout the year and those experiences are sure to have them well prepared for the pressure of finals rugby.
The likes of Reuben Williams, Diarmaid O'Shea, Simon Murphy and Jason Coyle are all expected to be key figures in the clash.
The winner will advance to a meeting with minor premiers Orange City while the loser will take on the winner of Sunday's elimination semi-final between Orange Emus and CSU.
In third grade the Roos finished the season in second place and will take on the Orange Emus on Saturday.Orange City were the runaway minor premiers and Dubbo finished three points ahead of the Emus but despite finishing above the Orange side they still have to travel to the men in green's home ground. The Dubbo Kangaroos colts side won 12 of their 18 matches in 2014 as they finished the regular season in third spot and they meet Bathurst for the chance to advance to the major semi-final against Orange City, who claimed the minor premiership in all divisions except the top one.
The women's major semi-final will also be played on the day with the Orange Emu Chicks taking on Cowra. Many of the Dubbo Kangaroos and their supporters are expected to make the trip to Orange to support the lower grade sides before the day's main match, the Orange derby between Emus and City at 3.15pm.
