NBN to connect thousands in city's east

Dubbo Mayor Mathew Dickerson has welcomed the announcement that the NBN is on its way to East Dubbo. The old multiplexer that has prevented Eastridge residents from accessing ADSL broadband will no longer be an issue.

East Dubbo residents could have high speed internet access as early as next year after build preparation work has been started for the National Broadband Network in the area.
