We have looked at January 1992, January 1993 and January 1994 and now this week we go way back to January 1991. 

January 1991 was the year when it was reported that real estate values had increased by 16 per cent, Compulsory AIDS test were here, Town Clerk Tony Kelly was offered the general manager position and Captain John Walters the son of a Dubbo family, was sent to the Middle East Gulf crisis.
