The Big Red Party Bus has been running in Dubbo for eight years and is an easy and popular way to see the ever growing number of light displays.
"I have seen the expansion of Christmas lights each year, Dubbo really gets into the Christmas spirit," organiser Nikki Sinclair said.
"Grandparents bring the grandchildren aboard as it is a safer and easier option than driving while groups get together for their Christmas party. Parents join other parents and enjoy the children's delight firstly with the novelty of getting on the bus and then the thrill of the pretty Christmas lights."
The Christmas lights tours are a joint project between Langley's Coaches and Dubbo's Christian community radio station Rhema FM 94.3, who aim keep the tour prices to a minimum as a gift to the community.
The cost is just $12 per person and children under three are free, seated on the knee of an adult.
Tickets can be booked and purchased at the Christian Book Centre in Talbragar Street.
The Big Red Bus Christmas tours run between Thursday December 19, and Monday, December 22 from 8.30pm, leaving the Generocity Church car park in Sheralton Road. For further details contact Nikki Sinclair on 0401324118.
