For the past 16 years the shop has appeared just in time for Christmas shopping at various locations in Dubbo such as Macquarie Street, Riverdale Shopping Centre and Orana Mall.
More than 40 people who live or have lived in the region contribute home-made wares to the shop, which has earned a word-of-mouth reputation for quality goods.
The shop is run by a small group of dedicated volunteers, many who are aged more than 70 years.
Christmas Art and Craft shop volunteer Judy White said one of the secrets to the stores success was quality control.
"We have the best hobby horses you will find anywhere," she said.
The location of the store in the Dubbo CBD was another factor that helped it become searched for by customers before Christmas, volunteer Margaret Chaseling said.
"We find the best shop in the best location," she said.
New stock has been put upon the shelves of the shop this year including soy candles, cherry juice and honey mustard dressing.
"People say they come into the shop every couple of days because the stock is continually changing," Mrs Chaseling said.
The reputation of the shop is not just isolated to Dubbo, with customers travelling hours to see what products the Christmas Art and Craft shop has to offer.
"We have people travelling from Parkes, Orange, Bathurst and Bourke," Mrs Chaseling said.
"It is just a very popular little shop."
If the Christmas Art and Craft shop doesn't have what customers are looking for they are usually directed to the Dubbo Arts and Craft Shop on Cobra Street, Mrs Chaseling said.
The Christmas Art and Craft shop will continue to trade until Christmas Eve.
