Danielle Fisher is in the under-18 and under-21 squads, while Kristy Lew and Sarah Battishall are in a squad of 40 in the under-21s.
To cap off State squad selection, the talented Aimee Martin is one of 45 players in the under-17 development squad.
All four players turned out this season for Dubbo Railway Steamers in the Western Premier League series.
Dubbo's Premier League captain Anne Nelson has been involved with all four girls in recent years and believes we have yet to see the best of them.
"Danielle (Fisher) has been involved in these squads for a couple of years and her skills right across the whole spectrum of the game have improved immensely," Nelson said.
"Sarah (Battishall) is another of our up-and-coming players and was considered unlucky not to make the New South Wales under-18 team this year and will only go ahead.
"The player I am most pleased to see in there is Aimee Martin. For her age, she would have to be one of the most naturally gifted hockey players I have seen.
"She is a lovely young lady and somewhat casual in her approach to hockey.
"She improved with each game in the Premier League and is really going to make a name for herself in the game.
"Confidence is a big thing in hockey and these girls will only improve and that will be good for our local game here at club level.
"Kristy Lew is another Dubbo product and a fine young goal-keeper who is very aggressive in the field.
"The selection of these four girls is great for Dubbo hockey and we look forward to following their careers."
