The junior girls relay team of Emma, Zae, Kiera and Sophie qualified for the semi-final and gained 11th place overall in the State out of 40 teams, which was a tremendous achievement.
A big thank you to Mark Garling who did an amazing job coaching the relay team. His hard work, enthusiasm and expertise are appreciated.
Special commendation to Hamish Gordon who gained second place in the final of the 11-years boys 800m event after winning his heat.
Hamish has now qualified as a member of the NSW teamfor the National Athletics Championships to be held in Launceston, Tasmania commencing on November 29.
An amazing achievement. Well done Hamish.
