Businesses in the Dubbo region have been doing it tough but some help was on hand recently.
Charles Bowie from Head Full of Food Consultants spent three days in the region, offering his services for free.
Mr Bowie was on hand to provide expert assistance in dealing with post-COVID recovery concepts for small businesses, providing practical advice on things that could be done immediately to help with a swift refresh and recovery from enforced COVID closures.

Mr Bowie spoke to operators about understanding the importance of good layout and design, merchandising, product selection and the customer experience as the key to success in this field.
For the last twelve years he has worked as a consultant across all aspects of food retailing in both food service and fresh food including master planning, strategy, development of food and beverage options and retailer operational analysis with clients in Australia and Asia.
