The dog breeding establishment, south of Bathurst, features state-of-the-art facilities to give their Cavalier King Charles spaniel cross poodle puppies and dogs the best life possible.
However, it's still not quite the same as being in a family home which is why Rockey Valley Park owner John Grima has created a guardian program that has already proved popular.
Under the program, people can apply to be a guardian and if approved they receive a dog free of charge but under the condition that the facility has breeding rights for up to three litters.

"We match-make the guardian to the right dog but we also make sure they're a suitable parent for a dog as well," Mr Grima said.
"We allocate them a dog that we think is suitable for that family and then that dog lives with them as a puppy and an adult dog and it lives with them as their pet.
"Then the dog comes back to us for up to three litters and once that's done we desex the dog and they'll live for the rest of its life with that family."
The facility is very strict with who they approve for the program, with the wellbeing of the dogs their number one priority.
Applicants are carefully vetted and must meet a certain criteria to be approved for the program.
They need to live within a certain radius of the facility, have an appropriate house and property for the dog and be passionate about being a dog owner.
"We look for the right profile, so if someone approaches us we don't just approve them," Mr Grima said.
"From the beginning we tell them all about the program and how it works so then they know that when the dog has to come back there's going to be a little while where they don't have the dog.
"They've got to be prepared for that as well."
Mr Grima believes the standards of the broader dog breeding industry need to improve and he says that's what he's trying to do at Rockley Valley Park.
He said it's about their mental health as much as their physical health and it's this attitude that he instills in his staff and the guardians within the program.
